Especially, before entering the site for use, a qualified unit should be invited to inspect its safety performance, and it can be used only after it is qualified;
- Regularly check the condition of various power heads, working oil cylinders and drill pipes;

- 4、 The inspection of steel wire rope includes: the number of safety laps of steel wire rope, the selection, installation and lubrication of steel wire rope, the inspection of defects of steel wire rope, such as the diameter and wear of steel wire rope, the number of broken wires of steel wire rope, etc;
- 5、 Regularly check the anti wire rope falling off device of the winding drum of the winch, the height of the edges on both sides, the condition of the drum wall, and the number of cycles of the tail of the wire rope on the drum, especially the condition of the brake opening, which should be checked at any time as a key item;
- 6、 Check the pulley system at any time, and the main inspection items are: the condition of pulley body and the anti jump rope device of transition pulley;
- 7、 Inspect the traveling system at any time. The main inspection items are: track chassis and bearing lubrication;
- 8、 The main inspection items of the electrical system are: special electrical box setting and short circuit protection and leakage protection device, emergency power off switch, shock absorption device of the electrical box, cable fixation on the working device, lighting lines and grounding wires are not allowed to be used as current carrying zero lines;
- 9、 Establish and improve the maintenance account, and make detailed records of the replaced parts to ensure that the parts are used within the validity period, or grasp the time of the next replacement at any time;
